Refund and cancellation policy
The AI Resume Playbook
If the Playbook is not useful to you, email support@resumechangers.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number (it starts with RC-) and we will refund the full price to your original payment method. Once a refund is issued, download access for that order ends. We cannot recall files you already downloaded, and we ask you to delete them.
If a payment is disputed with your bank, download access for that order is paused while the dispute is open, and restored if it is resolved in our favor. Other purchases on your account are not affected.
ResumeChangers Pro
- Cancel any time from your account (Manage billing). Your subscription will not renew, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. The exact date is shown in your account.
- Partial months are not refunded when you cancel, except where the law requires it.
- Billing errors or a service problem that stopped you using Pro: contact us and we will put it right, including a refund where appropriate.
- Failed payments: Stripe retries automatically. New generations pause while a payment is unpaid; your saved work remains available.
- Resubscribing starts a new billing period with a fresh allowance.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
