ResumeChangers ("we", "us", or "our") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

Information We Collect

When you use our service, we collect:

• Resume content — the text you paste or upload for analysis
• Job description — the text you provide for matching
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
• Email address — collected by Stripe during checkout for payment receipts

How We Use Your Information

• Your resume and job description are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate your analysis, optimized resume, and cover letter
• Results are temporarily cached in memory to allow page refreshes; they are not permanently stored
• We do not sell, rent, or share your resume data with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service

Third-Party Services

• Stripe — handles all payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy
• Anthropic — processes resume and job description text to generate AI analysis. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy
• Railway — hosts our application infrastructure

Data Retention

Resume and job description data is held in temporary server memory only for the duration needed to deliver your results. It is not written to a permanent database and is cleared when the server restarts.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process as described in their privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to request information about data we hold or to request deletion. Because we do not permanently store resume data, there is typically nothing to delete after your session ends.
