How Pro works

  1. Add your fact bank

    Record verified facts about your roles, results and tools once. Update it whenever you like.

  2. Paste a job

    Paste your résumé (or fill it from a PDF with selectable text) and the job description.

  3. Review the package

    Read the findings, the drafts and the verification list. Nothing is presented as fact that your materials do not support.

  4. Edit and download

    Make your changes, then copy the text or download clean Word and PDF files. Saved by company and role.

The match estimate, explained

Pro shows a Resume-to-job match estimate: the share of the job's key requirements your résumé clearly shows (full credit), partly shows (half credit), shows with weak wording (quarter credit) or does not show (none).

It is our own comparison method. It is not an employer's applicant tracking system result, it is not a hiring prediction, and it is not a guarantee. The specific findings matter more than the number.

Pro questions

What counts as one application package?

One AI generation for one job description. It includes a résumé-to-job comparison with specific findings, a tailored résumé draft, a tailored cover letter draft, and an explanation of the proposed changes. Editing, copying and re-downloading a saved package never uses another one. Generating a new version does, and the tool tells you before it does.

What happens to unused packages?

They do not roll over. Each paid billing period starts with 20 packages.

What if a generation fails?

The package is returned to your allowance automatically. You only use a package when a complete package is saved.

How do I cancel?

Open your account, choose Manage billing, and cancel in the Stripe billing portal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops renewing. Your account shows the exact end date.

What happens if a payment fails?

New generations pause until the payment is resolved. Your saved packages stay available to view, edit and download.

Is there a free trial or annual plan?

Not at the moment. Pro is billed monthly.

Is my résumé stored?

Yes. Pro saves your fact bank, the résumés and job descriptions you submit, and the packages it creates, so you can come back to them. It sends that content to our AI provider (Anthropic) to create each package. You can delete individual applications or your whole account at any time. See the privacy policy.

Is the match estimate an ATS score?

No. It is our own comparison of how many of the job's key requirements your résumé clearly shows. It is not an employer's applicant tracking system result, it does not predict hiring decisions, and it comes with the specific findings behind it.

Do I need the Playbook to use Pro?

No, and you do not need Pro to use the Playbook. They are separate purchases.
